battle system to get everything in there and tested!

I think this will be one of the most complex systems in Hollows Academy, but I'm excited to continue working on it, and it makes me happy knowing I am doing something I love!

For this week's #screenshotsaturday, I bring you more animations for Hollows Academy! This week, we've got Kylie and Jeanne's idle animations for battling!

I'm really happy with how these are turning out and I'm definitely making good use of Aseprite!

Now to focus on some programming for the-

-like the Magic Book idle sprite and of course Jeanne's best friend, Kylie's sprites. Lots to do still, but just chugging away at some cosmetic things while working on programming prototypes for other things.

Not much for #screenshotsaturday, but I've been working on some battle animations for Hollows Academy! This is the main character, Jeanne's weaponless idle animation!

I've been enjoyng working with Aseprite and making cool stuff for Hollows Academy, now to work on other battle animations-

Working on some sprite art for Hollows Academy! We've got two battle sprites (which I plan on animating in the near future), as well as a portrait that is planned to be used with some of the new UI for the inventory that I'm working on behind the scenes.

I'm enjoying learning to make pixel art too!

It still needs some work, but the basics of it have been implemented and I'm excited to work more on it! So far, the one quest has been assigned to a character and the player is able to receive and accept the quest, thus showing it in the Quests menu, but there will be more quests to do things-
